Eric Muriuki is the NCBA Group Director, Digital Business & Chief Executive Officer LOOP DFS. He has a distinguished career in financial services, spanning 20 years, with both local and multinational banks in Kenya, where he has held various dynamic roles in Technology, Change Management, Strategy and Business Development. He has been a prolific change agent in the Kenyan financial services market, innovating and commercializing transformational business models and directed large organisational transformation programs in various financial institutions. Eric pioneered the development and commercialization of the successful mobile savings and loans banking service that has been rolled out to Kenya (M-SHWARI), Tanzania (M-PAWA), Uganda, Rwanda and Ivory Coast (MOKASH). This service and business model has emerged as the reference model for mobile-centric financial services. He continues to drive transformative innovations in Financial Services industry, and most recently launched Africa's first, fully digital banking experience, NCBA LOOP, a disruptive mobile-first, challenger bank, that targets the millennial entrepreneur. Eric is a BSc. graduate in Mathematics and Computer Science from JKUAT and completed his MBA in Strategic Management at the Strathmore Business School. He is also an alumnus of the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia, having completed their Executive Leadership programme and also completed the Harvard Business School Strategic Leadership program in Inclusive Finance. He is also a keen cyclist, and a fast fading footballer. He is increasingly channeling his energy to the development and mentoring of Fintech focused startup companies that seek to solve social problems at scale.

Karen N. Kantai

Karen has been at the forefront of digital finance innovation, she has played a key role in deploying an Agile Enterprise Risk Management Framework across multiple African markets, significantly reducing Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and setting industry standards in digital financial services. Her leadership in strategic risk management initiatives has been instrumental in ensuring compliance, promoting responsible financial practices, and driving sustainable, inclusive financial services.

Jimmy Mwangondi

He is a polished digital visionary with proven experience across telecommunications, bank-led and mobile-led digital financial services (fintech), cloud, and wholesale internet verticals in both business to consumer (B2C) and business to business (B2B) domains. He possess reputable credentials across financial services, software engineering, project management, digital lending, building digital partnerships & ecosystems, technology finance and product management disciplines. He is an expert in conceptualizing and delivering largescale transformations, and at pitching and breaking down complexity at all levels of the organization, hence driving financial inclusion by helping consumers and businesses alike achieve their growth ambitions.
